پيپلزپارٽي جي اڳوڻِي سينيٽر سسئي پليجو سنڌو درياءُ مان ڪئنال ڪڍي پنجاب جي ريگستان کي آباد ڪرڻ واري منصوبي کي ڪالاباغ ڊيم کان به وڌيڪ انتهائي خطرناڪ ۽ سنڌ جي پاڻي تي ڌاڙو قرار ڏيندي سڀاڻي ايڪنِڪ جي گڏجاڻي ۾ سنڌ حڪومت کي پنهنجو پاڻي ڪيس ڀرپور نموني سان وڙھڻ ۽ تڪراري ڪئنالن کي رد ڪرائڻ لاء آواز اٿارڻ جي اپيل ڪري ڇڏي سسئي پليجو انڪشاف ڪندي چيو آھي ته سڀاڻي ايڪنِڪ جي سڏايل اجلاس ۾ چولستان کي آباد ڪرڻ لاء ارسا ۽ وفاق پاران سنڌو درياءُ مان ڪئنال ڪڍڻ لاء اجلاس ۾ خطرناڪ موقف رکڻ جي تياري ڪئي وئي آھي جنھن جي سنڌ جي وڏي وزير کي خود ايڪنڪ جي اجلاس ۾ پيش ٿي تڪراري ڪئنال منصوبي کي رد ڪرڻ جو فيصلو وٺرائڻ گهرجي
ٺٽي ۾ مڪلي تي ساس مڪلي پاران سنڌ جي سرموڙ شاعره مريم مجيدي سان رچايل رهاڻ واري تقريب کي خطاب ڪندي اڳوڻي سينيٽر سسئي پليجو چيو آھي ته سنڌو دريا مان پنجاب جي ريگستان واري چولستان کي آباد ڪرڻ لاء 3-3 ڪالاباغ ڊيمن جيترا وڏي ڪئنال ڪڍڻ جو منصوبو جوڙيو ويو آھي ۽ سنڌ کي ڪالاباغ ڊيم خلاف ڀرپور جنگ ڪرڻ جي ڏوھ ۾ سياسي مار ڏيڻ خاطر سنڌ جي پاڻي تي وڏو ڌاڙو هنيو پيو وڃي جنهن کي سنڌ جا ڪروڙين ماڻھو ڪنهن به صورت ۾ قبول نه ڪندا سسئي پليجو چيو ته شاعر قومن جا ترجمان ۽ اتساھ جو سبب هوندا آهن مريم مجيدي جي شاعري ۾ ڌرتي جو درد سمايل آهي سندس علمي خدمتون وسيع آهن سنڌي ادبي سنگت شاخ مڪلي ساڻس رهاڻ رچائي کيس جيئري مڃتا ڏيئي مثبت عمل ڪيو آهي سسئي پليجو وڌيڪ چيو ته وڏن وڏن ماڻھن جي زندگي سنوارڻ لاء پنجاب پنهنجي هوڏ تي قائم رهندي سي سي آئي ۾ معاملو کڻي اچڻ بدران سڌيءَ ريت ايڪنڪ ۾ آڻي قانوني اخلاقي ۽ آئيني طور پڻ لتاڙ ڪندي سنڌ جي پاڻي تي ڌاڙي جو خطرناڪ منصوبو جوڙيو آھي اهڙي صورتحال ۾ سنڌ جي وڏي وزير کي خود ايڪنڪ جي اجلاس ۾ شريڪ ٿيڻ گهرجي ۽ سنڌ اسيمبلي ۾ ويٺل پيپلزپارٽي جي نمائيندن سميت سمورن اسيمبلي ميمبرن کي فوري طور ارسا ايڪٽ ۾ امڪاني ترميم خلاف پاس ڪيل ٺھراءُ جيان ڪئنالن خلاف به قرارداد آڻي اهڙن ڪئنالن کي رد ڪرڻ گهرجي سسئي پليجو وڌيڪ چيو ته سنڌو دريا جي پاڻي تي ڌاڙي سان سڄي سنڌ خاص طور تي لاڙ وارو خطو سخت متاثر ٿيندو ڇاڪاڻ جو 1991ع جي پاڻي معاهدي تي به عمل نه پيو ٿئي جنهنڪري ٺٽو سجاول بدين ۾ هن وقت به پاڻي لاء ماڻھو ترسي رهيا آھن ۽ جر جو پاڻي پيئڻ لاحق نه رهيو آھي اهڙي صورتحال ۾ خدارا اسان سنڌ واسين تي رحم ڪيو وڃي اڳوڻي سينيئر سسئي پليجو وزير اعظم شھباز شريف پنجاب جي وڏي وزير مريم نواز ۽ وفاقي وزير احسن اقبال کي مخاطب ٿيندي چيو ته توهان هوش کان ڪم وٺو ۽ پنهنجي اتحادي پارٽي پيپلزپارٽي جي قيادت پاران مخالفت باوجود سنڌو دريا مان ڪئنال اڏڻ واري منصوبي کان باز اچو ٻئي صورت ۾ ڪئنالن واري معاملي تي سراپا احتجاج بڻيل سنڌ جو عوام وفاق ۽ پنجاب جي چالبازين خلاف متحد ٿي پنهنجو تاريخي فيصلو ٻڌائيندو
