وڏي وزير انڊس ڊيلٽا جي انقلابي ڊي بي سي پراجيڪٽ جا تفصيل ٻڌايا
منصوبي جي واکاڻ، ٻين قومن لاءِ مثال قرار ڏنو ويو
باڪو( 17 نومبر) سنڌ جي وڏي وزير سيد مراد علي شاه ڪوپ 29 ڪانفرنس ۾ ”ڪاربن جو فطري حل“ تي ڳالهائيندي سنڌ جي انڊس ڊيلٽا جي انقلابي ڊيلٽا بلو ڪاربن (ڊي بي سي) منصوبي تي روشني وڌي ۽ ٻڌايو ته سنڌ جي 230 ڪلو ميٽر ڊگهي ساحلي پٽي ۽ 6 لک 67 هزار هيڪٽرز آلي زمينن ماحولياتي تبديلين جا اثر گهٽائڻ ۾ اهم ڪردار ادا ڪيو آهي.
وڏي وزير ماضي ۾ پاليسين جي ناڪامي، ٻيلن جي کوٽ ۽ تازي پاڻي جي آمد ۾ گهٽتائي سبب مينگروز جي ٻيلن جي تباهي بابت ٻڌايو. هن 1980ع واري ڏهاڪي جي ماحولياتي نظام جي بحالي لاءِ سنڌ حڪومت جي جاري ڪوششن جو تفصيلي ذڪر ڪريو.
وڏي وزير سيد مراد علي شاه جي اڳواڻي ۾ سنڌ جي ٻيلي کاتي ڊيلٽا بلو ڪاربن جي سهڪار سان ڪوپ 29 ۾ فطرت جو ڪاربن حل، ڊيلٽا بلو ڪاربن ڪهاڻي-ٽيڪ زيرو جي عنوان سان هڪ تاريخي پروگرام پيش ڪيو جنهن ۾ ساحلي پٽي جي آب هوا جو ڊجيٽل منظر پيش ڪيو ويو.
وڏي وزيراهم مقرر طور انڊس ڊيلٽا بلو ڪاربن پراجيڪٽ پيّش ڪندي موسمياتي تبديلين جا اثر گهٽائڻ ۾ سنڌ جي 230 ڪلوميٽرن جي ساحلي پٽي ۽ 6 لک 67 هزار خالي زمين جي اهميت تي زور ڏنو. هن ماضي جي پاليسين جي ناڪامين، ٻيلن جي کوٽ ۽ تازي پاڻي جي آمد ۾ گهٽتائي سبب مينگروز جي ٻيلن جي تباهي کي اجاگر ڪيو. وڏي وزير 1980ع واري ڏهاڪي کان وٺي ان ماحولياتي نظام جي بحالي لاءِ سنڌ سرڪار جي ڪوششن جو تفصيلي ذڪر ڪيو.
ڊي بي سي فيز 1 پراجيڪٽ، جيڪو 2013ع ۾ شروع ڪيو ويو ۽ 2015 ۾ لاڳو ڪيو ويو، سنڌ جي ٻيلي کاتي ۽ انڊس ڊيلٽا ڪيپيٽل لميٽڊ جي وچ ۾ پبلڪ پرائيوٽ پارٽنرشپ تحت اهم منصوبي طور سامهون آيو آهي. هي منصوبو بلو ڪاربن جي تحفظ ۽ بحاليءَ لاءِ هڪ اميد بڻجي ويو آهي. جنهن کي عالمي سطح تي موسمياتي تبديلي جي موافقت، جيوتائي تنوءَ جي تحفظ ۽ مقامي آبادي جي ترقي جي حوالي سان ٽرپل گولڊ ليول جي اهميت سان تسليم ڪيو ويو.
هڪ پينل بحث دوران ويرا جي سي اي او مينڊي رمڀروس انڊس ڊيلٽا ۾ مينگروز جي بحالي ۽ پائيدار معيشت پيدا ڪرڻ لاءِ ڊي بي سي پراجيڪٽ جي واکاڻ ڪئي. هن موسمياتي چيلنجن کي منهن ڏيڻ ۾ پبلڪ پرائيوٽ پارٽنرشپ ۽ جديد ٽيڪنالوجي جي ڪردار تي زور ڏنو، هن منصوبي کي موسمياتي تبديلين جا اثر گهٽائڻ لاءِ هڪ نمونو قرار ڏنو.

پنهنجي اهم خطاب ۾ وڏي وزير مراد علي شاهه پاڪستان جي موسمي تبديلين جو مقابلو ڪرڻ جي ڪردار، ساحلي ماحولياتي نظام کي بهتر بڻائڻ ۽ پائيدار معيشت کي هٿي وٺرائڻ ۾ منصوبي جي ڪاميابين کي ساراهيو. هن اهڙن منصوبن کي بين الاقوامي سطح تي تسليم ڪرڻ تي زور ڏنو ۽ قومي وابستگي تحت ڪاربن ڪريڊٽس استعمال ڪرڻ لاءِ پراجيڪٽ جي وارثن سان شفاف مشاورت جي اهميت تي زور ڏنوَ.
